Quick verdict
Goldrush combines sports, racing, Lucky Numbers, slots, live games and crash-style products. The current consumer footer identifies Kerlifon (Pty) Limited and Northern Cape regulation, while the group’s own corporate pages confirm that Goldrush.co.za and G-Bets.co.za are two online betting sites. The detailed terms cover registration, source of funds, deposit play-through and withdrawal minimums. Current NGB register search did not produce a Kerlifon online-bookmaker row under that name, so the profile remains unscored pending direct provincial certificate evidence.
Distinct from the existing G-Bets review
The Goldrush Group’s current company profile promotes separate “Bet on G-Bets” and “Bet on Goldrush” destinations. Its public corporate reporting also describes two online sports-betting sites. Goldrush.co.za says it is operated by Kerlifon (Pty) Limited, registration number 2014/035259/07; the existing G-Bets profile concerns Dymanex and separate public licence evidence.
This is enough to avoid collapsing the two customer contracts into one review. It does not mean every group statement automatically applies to both sites. Each brand keeps its own licence, terms, payments, promotion and affiliate record.
Licence evidence
The site and dedicated licence page say Kerlifon is licensed and regulated by the Northern Cape Gambling Board. They list a licensed-premises address at Shop 1, Kathu Shopping Centre, Ben Alberts Road, Kathu, and the group address at 66 Ontdekkers and Ruhama Roads, Roodepoort. The home page also says the broader group holds bookmaker licences in six provinces.
The captured public pages do not display a numbered Kerlifon bookmaker certificate, and the current NGB register did not return the operator under that legal name in BetExpert’s direct text search. The operator or Northern Cape board must supply a current number and domain/product scope before BetExpert scores the regulatory category.
Registration and source of funds
Goldrush requires website registration and prohibits duplicate accounts. The terms say customers must be natural persons aged at least 18, complete the application, and be accepted as account holders. The operator may conduct identity, credit, source-of-funds and other checks required by law or regulators.

The home page lists cards, SnapScan, Ozow, Capitec Pay, EFT, Instant EFT, 1Voucher and OTT vouchers. The terms require a customer’s deposit to be turned over at least once before withdrawal, set a R20 minimum withdrawal, and say EFT withdrawals are paid only to the bank account from which the deposited funds were received.
Goldrush marketing says withdrawals average 20 minutes, but the general terms allow verification, source-of-funds and banking checks and do not turn that average into a guarantee. BetExpert will not repeat it as measured performance until timed deposits and withdrawals are completed.

The current bonus-terms page offers 100 free spins plus a 100% first-deposit slots match up to R10,000. The minimum deposit is R25, the match requires 30-times turnover, and the offer expires seven days after registration. The maximum payout is ten times the bonus issued, capped at R100,000.
