Legal identity and licence presentation
The terms identify GameOn Gaming (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2021/983225/07, trading as Fanbets from Dock Road Junction at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. The site says the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board issued bookmaker licence 10191420 on 29 September 2022. The current National Gambling Board verified-operators register names the same company and brand but gives the renewed or premises-specific suffix 10191420-004.
Those sources appear to describe the same licensed business, but BetExpert does not silently add the suffix to the consumer site’s statement. The review preserves both presentations and will seek a current certificate before scoring.
