The current footer identifies AI Sports (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2022/639216/07, operating under Mpumalanga Economic Regulator licence 9-2-1-09797, first issued 20 July 2023. It gives an address at the Regus Promenade Mall Business Centre in Mbombela. The NGB register lists BetBus with the same licence number and location.
That alignment supports publication of a factual profile. It does not amount to a performance endorsement, and BetExpert does not describe a provincial bookmaker licence as a universal guarantee of every product or transaction.
Eligibility and FICA
The general terms restrict the service to people aged 18 or older and describe it as an online service for South African residents. Identity verification can be requested before withdrawals, especially on a first or large payout. Customers should register with accurate details and use a payment account in the same name.
A hands-on review must still document signup fields, automated checks, proof-of-address and bank-document requests, selfie or liveness steps, resubmission handling and elapsed verification time.

The general terms say the operator will effect transfer within 72 hours after confirming availability, excluding weekends and public holidays, with bank delivery taking additional time. They also state a R500,000 daily withdrawal maximum. The full deposit must be wagered once, and payments must go to an account in the customer’s name. Sports first-deposit offer
